Core C - Cellular & Molecular Neuropathology

The Cellular and Molecular Neuropathology Core provides neuroscientists with three inter-related services facilitating the histopathological and molecular characterization of genetically modified experimental animals. Core C provides investigators with access to and expertise in the operation of:

• State-of-the-Art stereology/morphometric system capable of performing several advanced image analysis routines.
• Advanced laser microdissection facility core.
• Expertise in the processing of tissues from mouse embryos and non-formalin-fixed brain tissue.
